Data Collector
As a data collector you will have no speaking role during the game -- unless you feel the need to intervene. At the conclusion of the game you may be asked by the facilitator what you might have wanted so that your report on the game would be complete.
Also consider various methods you might have employed to improve the analytical component of the game.
You will be given a fragment of a Data Collection and Analysis Plan (spreadsheet) to indicate areas of analysis. When the game is finished feel free to comment on:
-- Was the format appropriate?
-- Was the direction from that DCMP sufficient in terms of where to seek data?
-- Did the DCMP assist in coordination between facilitator, analysts, and data collectors? Would it if there had been more time?
-- If you were engaged at the beginning of the Zefra project, how would the DCMP look different?
